Each of the member association is entitled to send two representatives to the plenary meeting of ELLC.
When it becomes necessary, a member association may designate an alternate or substitute to participate in a plenary session of ELLC.
Formerly a separate member of ELLC, the Canadian Churches’ Coordinating Group on Worship (CCC-GOW) is now integrated into the North American CCT
In the case of CCT, four representatives, two from the United States and two from Canada, are sent to plenary meetings.
Associated with these national or international bodies is the liturgical committee of the South African Church Unity Commission.
In addition, the Consultation invited the participation of English speaking Orthodoxy and initially welcomed an appointment by the Holy Synod of Constantinople and the Ecumenical Patriarch.
The representative members of ELLC determine the admission of additional member associations.
Guests
Guests or observers may be invited to participate in plenary sessions of ELLC by the full body or, as a part of the preparation for a plenary session, by the Standing Committee. Similarly, guests may be invited to sessions of the Standing Committee.
Such guests or observers may be either representatives of associations or other bodies or may be individuals whose consultation is sought because of their expertise in the field of Christian worship
